• Mutton – 1 kg (boiled)
  • Onion – 1 big size or 2 medium
  • Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Nutmeg, Mace and green cardamom – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli – 1 tbsp thinly chopped
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds paste – 2 tbsp
  • Almond paste – 2 tbsp
  • White pepper – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  • Oil or ghee – 1 cup
  • Kewra – 1 tsp
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Cream – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger flaks – 1 tbsp
  • Almons – few
  • Whole garam masala:
  • Bay leaf – 1
  • Black pepper – 5
  • Cloves – 6
  • Green cardamoms – 6

How to Make Tasty White Mutton Korma

Directions:

1. First we take one cup of water and boil onion to make a paste

2. Add some oil in pan and fry black pepper, cloves, green cardamoms and bay leaf for 1 minute.

3. Now we add onion paste and ginger garlic, fry it for 2 minutes.

4. Add salt, coriander powder, mutton, poppy seeds paste, white pepper, green chillies and almond paste and fry well.

5. Now add garam masala powder, mace, yogurt, cardamom powder, nutmeg, ginger flakes and kewra, mix them all and add some water, cook them on low heat for 10 mins.

6. Here we add cream and some milk and cook on low heat for 5 to 7 mins. After that garnish it with almonds and cream and server with friends and enjoy with tastymaza.com
