Directions for for onion mixture:
First Take a pan add turmeric powder, onion, garlic, red chilli powder, white pepper, green cardamoms and 2 cups of water, cook until onion is done. Then let it cool for 5 minutes. Then add in blender along 2 tomato and 2 tbsp of butter, blend well. then take a pot, heat up and add 4 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil, then add onion mixture and fry well until ghee comes up. Then add cooked chicken mixture, chopped fresh coriander, coconut, almond, cream, green chillies and spring onion, mix and cook on dum for 5 minutes. Serve hot with tandori naan.
Directions for chicken:
Here we now take a pan, add oil and fry garlic and 1 tbsp cumin seeds until light pink and then add blended tomato, red chilli powder, crushed red chilli, yogurt, salt, chilli sauce, Soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, white pepper, fried cumin seeds, garam masala powder and food colour, mix and fry well. Then add chicken and let it cook well.
