Recipe Method:
- So, In a wok, heat oil and sauté finely sliced onions until golden brown.
- Spread fried onion on an absorbent sheet and crush it.
- Now add mutton to the pot with white vinegar, turmeric powder, soya sauce and salt,1 and a half cup water.
- Cook for 30 to 35 minutes or until meat tenders.
- When water is evaporated, add ginger paste, crushed garlic, yogurt, crushed onions and sauté briefly.
- Then add crushed black pepper, red chili flakes and juice of lemons and allow cooking for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green chilies and coriander and serve.
