- Fried gram flour – 3 tbsp
- Dry coriander – 1 tbsp
- Red crushed chilli – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste or 1 tsp
- Dry crushed pomegranate seeds – 1 tsp
- Chopped green chillies – 4
- Chopped onion – 1
- Sliced tomato – 1
- Egg – 1
- Fresh coriander – 1/2 bunch

Directions:
You need to take a bowl and add mince, gram flour, red crushed chilli, dry coriander , salt, pomegranate seeds,egg,and onion. Now Mix all and leave for half an hour then add green chilli and fresh coriander and make kebabs with 1 slice of tomato, and fry in oil until done. Serve with any kind of sauce.
