Full Body Whitening Lotion At Home

Along with this, eat citrus fruits, like pomegranate, orange. Drink lots of milk with turmeric powder and water.

Ingredients:

  1.  Barley Crushed – 1/4 cup
  2.  Aloe Vera gel – 3 tsp
  3.  Brown sugar – 2 tbsp
  4.  Lavender oil or jasmine oil – 1 tsp
  5.  Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
  6.  Honey – 4 tbsp
  7.  Sweet almond oil – 2 tbsp
  8.  Sea Salt – 1 tbsp
  9.  Triamcinolone Cream (with tea tree oil) – 5gm

Directions:

Take a pan, add all above ingredients and cream together and cook for about 2-3 minutes. When it´s done, take out in a bowl after cooling it down to room temperature refrigerate.
Apply this lotion 2 hours before having bath for best results and massage. Not suitable for face and neck. Not recommended for under 12 years.
