• 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 apple, cut into chunks
  • 1 or 2 pieces of chicken, boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup diced cabbage
  • 1 pear, cut into chunks
  • 1 mango, cut into chunks
  • a few ground walnuts or salted peanuts
  • 3 tb.sp of mayonnaise
  • 5 tb.sp of fresh cream
  • A few chopped raisins
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ t.sp black pepper

Everyone would prefer to eat something light, refreshing and especially chilling. Fruit Salad makes a cool revitalizing food, while not ignoring all the vital nutrients to boost your energy.

Procedure:

Take the sliced, chopped and diced fruits. Mix them thoroughly in mayonnaise and cream. Add sugar to taste. Make sure you keep the salt concentration low as mayonnaise has salt in it. Add the chopped raisins, chopped chickens, and the peanuts in the salad. Sprinkle black pepper from the top and give it a good mixing. Keep it in the refrigerator and serve chill.
