How to Make Tasty Chicken Shawarma

Directions For  Chicken Marinating

First We Mix all ingredients and leave for 4 hrs then cook in pan with oil or bake in preheated oven on 150 degree for 15 to 20 minutes. When it’s done then cut in small chunks.

Directions For Tahini Sauce

Then Secondly We Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix and make smooth paste.

Directions For Pickled Vegetables

Now Put all ingredients and water in pan and boil then put vegetables in clean jars and pour boiled water and close and leave them for 2 to 3 days and then use.

Now Mix all pita bread ingredients, make dough and leave for 15 min and make pita bread in frying pan or oven.
